I was so happy to see the point reports come in this week. I am especially grateful to be back on track with my eating and exercise, as I had gotten quite lazy recently. And it looks like all of you are taking this seriously, too - 88% of participants got at least 95% of the weekly points this week. That doesn't leave much room for laziness and indulgence! Results were close, but here's how the team rankings fell for Week 1:
1st Place - BLUE
2nd Place - ORANGE
3rd Place - GREEN
4th Place - RED
Congratulations to the big weight losers as well. 23 participants (or 44% of you) lost at least three pounds. Incredible! But the following people (alphabetically by first name) lost at least 4 pounds: Chad Stegelmeier, Holli Westwood, Jeff Spencer, Julie Jacobson, Kevin Hathaway, Lisa Armstrong, Lynette Wilson, Nicole Potts, Stacy Chandler, Suzanne Holloway, Tiffany Hamilton, and Wayne Billman. I am pleased with the strong effort that so many of you are making. Stay committed through the Thanksgiving weekend, and you won't be disappointed with yourself.
