Thanksgiving was a killer. That was obvious from the weight points reported this week. But I am happy to announce that more than 80% of you got at least 95% of your weekly points last week. I know how much better I felt only eating dessert on Thanksgiving Day, instead of the whole weekend. I was grateful to have some rules to stick to. The team results for week 2 were amazingly close with only 100 points separating first and last place. What I'm telling you is that every point counts.
1st Place - GREEN
2nd Place - BLUE
3rd Place - ORANGE
4th Place - RED
As I already mentioned, the weight loss wasn't quite as stellar this week, but just maintaining during Thanksgiving week is a feat in itself. Congratulations to the 38 participants who lost or maintained their weight this week! And a big round of applause goes out to the following people who lost at least 2 pounds this week: Barbara Gaston, Julie Jacobson, Karla Cubillas, Larry Wilson, Nikki MacDonald, Stacy Chandler, and Travis Elder. I think one of the toughest weeks is behind us. Now get back on track this week as you log your food intake.
One quick reminder to those who participated in my last challenge: the maximum sweets points each week is only 30 (not 35 like last time). Please report your points accordingly.
